Your personal data will be collected when you enter them in the course of responding to our questionnaire. We will only process your personal data when the law allows us to. Your participation in this questionnaire is voluntary under the legal basis of consent and performance of a public task. By submitting the questionnaire, you will be giving your consent for our collection and use of your personal data. You can withdraw your consent prior to the closing date of the survey without your responses being included in the dataset. You can withdraw your consent by contacting admin@hkerpoll.com.

What data do we collect?
Personal data that we process includes your:
- name
- email address
- age
- gender
- questionnaire responses.
Who do we share your data with?
All responses collected through our surveys are stored by "Public Opinion Research Project for Domestic and Overseas Hongkongers". We will use the data collected from the survey. Data will be securely stored by "Public Opinion Research Project for Domestic and Overseas Hongkongers". The data will be store in the "Google Workspace" and "Survey Monkey". You will not be identified in any report.
How do we keep your data secure?
We take a robust approach to protecting your information with secure electronic storage areas for data with controlled access. Access to your personal data is strictly controlled on a need-to-know basis and data is stored and transmitted securely using methods such as encryption and access controls for physical records where appropriate.
How long do we keep your data for?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as we need it to carry out the purposes in this notice.
